Please attach square to the back of your quilt with your name, address, and phone number. Also please indicate the name of the quilt, and any other people who worked on or contributed to the quilt. If you would like to add a story with the quilt, please do so. 500 words or less.

If you wish to publish your name and number or put small cards with your quilt at the exhibit, you may do so. You will be responsible for processing the sale yourself. Please note: it is your responsibility to notify us if you sell your quilt while it is in our possession.
Quilts can be dropped off in Bay de Verde, August 6&7, and August 13th onward. Pick up in the area is also available. Location for drop off will be given once you express interest.
Pick-up or drop off is available in St. John’s area during the week up to Aug 5th.
QUILT ENTRY FEES - $10 suggested donation per Quilt – Pay at event – cash only
Our festival is barrier free, if you wish to submit a quilt, we encourage you to do so. There will be no cost.
Bay de Verde ~ Festival of Quilts.
Our goal is to establish an event for quilters and makers to show and sell their quilts, and also provide an event for visitors to enjoy the craftsmanship, cultural and historical heritage of the quilting industry.
*Please note, there is a team of passionate people organizing and running this festival who will all work diligently to ensure the safety and security of the submitted quilts. Along with our organizing committee, and a well trained group of event volunteers who will act as guides and interpreters. There will not be any handling of the quilts by the public, and volunteers will also wear gloves.
We look forward to showing your work in the scenic town of Bay de Verde.
Photographs and video footage will be taken throughout Bay de Verde Festival of Quilts. These will be used by the committee for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media or in any third party publication. Please contact the event organizer if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted from this activity
